I am a graduate of both the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition with over 600 hours of training in nutrition. My education includes Dr. Dale Bredesen’s ReCODE protocol for cognition through the Institute of Functional Medicine, Chris Kresser’s ADAPT Practitioner Training Academy, Dr. Shoemaker’s CIRS protocol at A4M, GI Mastery Course with Dr. Kurt Woeller, and The Dr.com Certified Gluten Practitioner program.I am knowledgable in celiac disease and NCGS and versed in the Fasting Mimicking Diet and ProLon as well as First Line Therapy for improving cardio-metabolic pre-diabetes and cancer outcomes. As a wellness coach, I can help you design your own path to health. I also give public presentations and can help enhance your corporate wellness program.
